We’re looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to help shape the future of our financial platform. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to build fast, secure, and scalable solutions that serve our diverse user base—from freelancers to enterprise clients.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own end-to-end development, contribute to product architecture, and help translate complex business needs into intuitive, high-performance features. Your work will directly influence product adoption, user retention, and our ability to scale globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs
- Collaborate with Product and Design to translate concepts into functional, user-friendly solutions
- Implement secure payment processing, data handling, and authentication flows
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical challenges
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend ways to improve our stack
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or similar)
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Strong understanding of API design and integration
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of security best practices for web and financial applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bonus:
- Experience building or integrating payment systems, remittance platforms, or other financial tools
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
